Villa Paradise is a private new villa offered for vacation rental at St. Barts, the delightful French Caribbean Island (FWI). When you arrive, prepare to be blown away by the beauty of the place. With a privated heated pool, two wondrous Master bedrooms (+a baby room), the villa is fully equipped with the latest high tech (3 plasma TVs, 3 DVDs, Dish NETWORK® et Canal+®, Wi-Fi, Bose-iPhoneG3®). Villa Paradise is situated at 200 yards from popular Flamands Beach,  in the leeward side of St. Barts, close to the Saint-Barth Isle-de-France Hotel*****, with whom we have an exclusive relationship.

• Your car is paid (included in the rate), already booked and waits you with our rent-a-car company. It’s a Suzuki Jimny (4wds-A/C-Autom.-HardTop). You just need a credit-card and your driver license for this service (only the deposit, fuel, extra-insurance and eventually any damage are at your charge).
• Personal greeting service at the Airport who then escorts you to the villa, shows you around & answer questions to help you settle in.

How-to-book
• The rates do not include 5% resort tax.
• For booking, deposit is 30% (50% for X-mas and N-Year).
• Balance and full payment have to be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
• Wire transfers have to be used for deposit and balance.
• Full refund if cancellation is made 90 days prior to the arrival.
• For one couple we make a special rate (-10%).
• In Mid-season, a special arrangement is possible, if last minute booking or less than 7 days (-10% for 6 days, -20% for 5 days, -30% for 4 days).
